President Barack Obama nominated Solicitor General Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court yesterday, declaring the former Harvard Law School dean "one of the nation's foremost legal minds." She’s the court's youngest justice and one of three female members. Some critics argue whether or not she’s qualified due to her lack of court experience. Compare that to a new business. In my opinion, sometimes the novice is driven by pure motivation to be the ‘best that they can be.’ When you know you're right, trust your instincts. Ignore the critics and surround yourself with positive supporters!
